Tanya Alpert works
extensively on designing the homes Compass
builds. Her background is at Alpert Homes,
where she ran marketing/sales and design
for more than 10 years. Tanya works extensively
with each buyer to design interior choices
such as marble, granite selections, colors,
carpet and more. With Tanya's experienced
hand to guide them, buyers choose interior
color schemes and wall paint; select tile,
granite and hardwoods; position art niches,
knickknack shelves and other built-ins;
and configure flex space to fit their lifestyle.
Brad Appel is responsible
for building the homes and customer service.
Brad works daily in the field overseeing
the subcontractors, working with the buyers
to demonstrate construction changes and
ensuring the homes are built with quality.
Originally an IT Executive, Brad brings
his extensive Project Management skills
to homebuilding. His keen eye for detail
delivers homes that are as built to his
high standards of quality and craftsmanship.
